Terms of Service

By accessing or using Audition GX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General License

Audition GX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Virtual Currency (GX-Coins)

GX-Coins have no real-world value. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify virtual currency at our discretion.

3. User Conduct

Prohibited: cheats/bots, harassment, unauthorized access, account selling.

⚖️ GM Discretion: Game Masters reserve the right to decide on the severity and duration of any penalty on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation and context, a GM may issue a temporary ban of any length or escalate directly to a permanent ban, even for violations listed as temporary by default. Repeat offenses will always be treated more severely.

Engaging in any form of harassment—including but not limited to verbal, physical, sexual, cyber, discriminatory, or psychological abuse—is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.

Discord Server Policy

Unsolicited advertising or promotion of other communities	Warning / Kick
Offensive username or profile picture	Warning / Kick
Server raiding or bypassing Discord ToS	Permanent Ban
Issuing threats towards members or the community	Permanent Ban
Joining voice channels without permission of existing members	Warning / Kick
Sharing personal information of others without consent (doxxing)	Permanent Ban
Sharing illegal, pirated, or copyrighted content	Permanent Ban
Spreading false or misleading information	Warning / Temporary Ban
Sharing or distributing hacks, cheats, or unauthorized tools	Permanent Ban
Sharing or distributing viruses or malicious software	Permanent Ban

Admins and Moderators will Mute, Kick, or Ban at their discretion. If you feel mistreated, DM an Admin and the issue will be resolved. Your presence in the server implies acceptance of these rules, including any future changes made without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Audition GX makes no warranties regarding uptime or availability.

The Audition GX Team assumes no liability of any kind for events beyond its control or resulting from the nature of the service. This includes, but is not limited to: permanent or temporary server shutdowns, loss or removal of GX-Coins or any other virtual currency or items, data loss, service interruptions, or any changes to the game's content or features. By using the service, you acknowledge that all virtual goods and progress exist solely within the game environment and carry no guaranteed continuity or real-world value.
